Alida Van Daalen, a sophomore at Florida representing The Netherlands, won the women's shot put with a fifth-round performance of 59-5 (18.11m) at the Tyson Invitational at Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, Ark. The Dutch standout became the fifth collegiate competitor to surpass the 18-meter mark this season.
